EFDA expands education for all in rural communities
EFDA has a strong mission to deliver modern education for all school grade students in Oromia. With our partners, the organization is devoted in building schools in remote areas where otherwise are forgotten by the government to reach with the services.
Many students in rural Oromia are still learning their basic eduation uder the tree for shade. Understanding the difficult situation which is totally unacceptable in today's standard, EFDA builds schools far from metropolitcal region in remote part of Oromia for these marginalized students. Most of these students are bright in their education and deserve a better and comfortalbe shooling in their villages. That's what EFDA is accomplishing with its partners.
World’s famous tennis player, Roger
Federer is also our partner in education program to reach
these children to have the proper education with the international standard.
Mr. Federer is a Swiss professional tennis player
who was ranked world No. 1 by the Association of
Tennis Professionals (ATP) for 310 weeks, including a record 237
consecutive weeks, and has finished as the year-end No. 1 five times.
He visited the site where EFDA built the schools for the students to witness the projects where the students are learning in modern facilities for better education. We thank mr. Federer for his time and dedication to lift these student and have the future for brighter opportunity ahead of them.
